After a mastectomy or breast tissue procedure, many women experience waves of intense cold sensations that they cannot shake. Brilliantly, a start-up was formed with the mission to help these women feel more comfortable and relaxed as they navigate the months and years after surgery.
Warm is a revolutionary warming bra insert that is safe and discreet. It can be worn comfortably on any size body with any undergarment.
The team at Brilliantly brought on Nova to design the company’s first core product - Warm.
The Challenge
Our female-led design and engineering team immediately understood the need for a product like Warm, and was eager to make it a reality. We designed a product that was functional while still being comfortable for the user to wear everyday, along with an app that would accompany the product.
Through our research and design expertise, we were able to determine the most discrete yet functional placement for the hardware component of Warm.
Our Solution
Since launching, Brilliantly sold our their initial pre-sale, and sales continue to grow while new markets, such as breastfeeding moms, learn about the benefits of Warm. Brilliantly Warm has also received recognition in the Core 77 and IDEA design awards.
